Commission Orders

We love to do custom orders. We can do almost anything from a picture, with the exception of some large props. Note that all of the custom orders are hand made by us and can take from a month to 3 months to complete if you are in a hurry check out our shop for ready to wear costumes and clothing. Etsy Shop

If you contact us about a commission or costume idea you are by no way committing yourself to buy it. Feel free to openly discuss a commission you had in mind with us. We will give you price quotes, answer questions and talk with you about your ideas. Our Commission Policy

Scheduling:

If you decide to commission a garment with us we will need 6-8 week for construction.

This 6-8 to weeks must be scheduled according to our current demands, so we ask that you allow at least 3 months notice so that we can include you in our schedule. This doesn't mean can never take orders before 3 months of your completion date, if you need your garment really quickly and we already have other orders ahead of you we can't always make the deadline for you, so 3 months is best :). (you can always ask and we will let you know)

Pricing:

After you have talked with us and you choose you want to do business with us, we will need to receive your measurements and 40% of the quoted price. We will not start construction until we get these two things.

Other:

-Please note that every custom order is made to your unique body and that we hand make every order to ensure it meets your specifications. We are not obligated to remake or refund due to incorrect measurements SO PLEASE MEASURE CORRECTLY!!!! We have the right to refuse to do any commission, for any reason, at any time. Privacy policy:

When you place an order with us, we do collect some information from you. We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and pertinent payment information (Pay Pal address, who paid for the item, how it was paid, the amount, things like that). We do not share or sell the information. It is for our private use only.

How to Order

Information We Need:

First contact us with your commission idea. Please include all the details possible, pictures, sketches, character name, if they are from an anime or TV show or manga etc. Please as explicit as possible. Include any detail that is important to you. We can either use fabric and/or accessories you have purchased and send to us, or we can purchase the required fabrics and accessories and include them in the price. If you decide to commission a garment with us, include your full name, home address, phone number and of course e-mail address, when you contact us.

Measurements:

Sorry this part is kind of long, but we need to make sure we get the right measurements :)

. Neck: Measure around the base of your neck (the lowest point of the neck). Or measure a shirt with a collar from the center of the collar button to the far end of the button hole.

. Overarm(Shoulder Width): Measure width between two shoulder ends (at the joint where your arm meets your shoulder), taken at your back.

. Arm/Sleeve Length: Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length.

. Chest (Men's): With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest at the armpits, over the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

. Bust (Women's): With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

. Shoulder to Waist: Measure from the tip of your shoulder down to your waist.

. Waist: Measure around your waist, in your underwear,at the smallest point above your stomach and below your chest.

. Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor

. Inseam: Select a pair of your best-fitting pants of a similar material. Measure from the crotch intersection to the bottom. The number of inches, to the nearest half-inch, is the inseam length

. Pants/Skirt Length: Measure from your waist to the length desired.

Deposit

Your deposit must be 40% of your quoted price. We accept payments through paypal so we can accept credit cards. After we figure out your quoted price we will send you an invoice which you will have to pay. After receiving your deposit and measurements we start construction on your commission, we will not start construction before. After the product its finished we will send you picture and then after you send us the remainder of the balance for your commission we will ship it to you. If you do not send your deposit and measurements by two weeks after we agree to do business, you are liable to loose your scheduled time.

Other Important Info:

Do to the nature of our work please not that this entire process can take 3 months start to finish. This is not always the case, but please keep this in mind with your own schedule. I can't wait to work on your costume^-^! Please go here to send us your commission idea:
